Chris Moorhouse, one of yachting's finest photographers, and a long time Mallorca resident, died last September at his home in Akaroa, New Zealand. As well as being one of the world's top yachting and lifestyle photographers, Chris also had a really colourful personality, his hawaiian shirts, endless positive enthusiasm, and sometimes volatile and feisty temperament making him truly a one-off !

For those of us who worked with him, or who employed his photographic services, his skills behind a camera were truly outstanding, and many of his pictures were simply breathtaking.
Chris took hundreds of stunning photographs, of luxury yachts, of Mallorca and of New Zealand, which have rarely been seen apart from by those who were fortunate enough to enjoy a glass or two with Chris at his old studio at Porto Pi in Mallorca.
